The "Contact Us" email area appears to be broken

When trying to send a question to webmaster, I got the following errors...

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/www/psoug/util/users_online.php on line 54

It seems there is a problem in the messaging area....
