Description of Duties
Evaluates internal technical business needs and recommends solutions.
Serves as liaison between user constituents and internal teams.
Defines system and functional requirements across a variety of technologies and business processes.
Assesses available technologies to create specifications as well as detailed test cases.
Plans, coordinates and executes testing initiatives and analyzes results.
Responsible for training employees in areas of expertise relating to application, database, security, operating systems or other technical aspects.
Determines methods, procedures on new assignments and may mentor and coordinate activities of other personnel.
Provides support and troubleshooting of production technology solutions.
Ensures work is completed in such a way to comply with established regulations and internal controls.
Summary of Requirements
Wide-ranging experience in business analysis using professional concepts to meet company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Wide-ranging experience with work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent. Post-graduate coursework may be desirable or required.
