Term: TIMEZONE_HOUR

Definition:
The TIMEZONE_HOUR value refers to the current hour in the database's configured time zone.

This value can be obtained through the use of the EXTRACT function.

Note that the TIMEZONE_HOUR (and TIMEZONE_MINUTE) values can only be extracted from a timestamp with a time zone datatype.
