Error Description:
Maximum number of processes (string) exceeded

Error Cause:
All process state objects are in use.

Action:
Increase the value of the PROCESSES initialization parameter.

This is a common problem and easily fixed. Increase the parameters 'processes' and 'sessions' by 50% or more in the profile dbs/init.ora. After doing that, restart the database.
